How we work

Diagnose, build, test, then optimize and scale.

Paid advertising is a sequence. We do not start by raising budget, and we do not treat a live campaign as finished work. Each stage has a job: see clearly, build around the business, read real numbers, then grow only what holds.

  1. 01

    Diagnose

Find the constraint before anyone touches budget.

We start with the business, not the ad account. That means the offer, how you sell or book, contribution after cost, tracking, creative, and the campaigns you already run if they exist. For a product brand that is usually purchases. For a personal or service brand that is usually lead quality and whether the pipeline can handle volume.

    • Offer, pricing, and contribution after cost of goods or delivery
    • Site, store, or booking conversion, not just click-through
    • Pixel, CAPI, and whether purchases or leads are actually counted
    • Current Meta or Google structure, if ads are already live
    • Audience overlap, creative fatigue, and budget split
  2. 02

    Build

Design the acquisition system around how you actually sell.

Campaigns are built around customer or lead economics and the path a buyer takes, including product pages, checkout, booking, or a sales call. This is structure, tracking, creative direction, and audience design. It is not a copied Ads Manager template. Work runs in your own ad accounts.

    • Campaign architecture for prospecting and retargeting
    • Creative tests tied to the offer, not generic ads
    • Tracking fixes so decisions are made on real purchases or qualified leads
    • Budget split that matches margin and capacity, not vanity volume
  3. 03

    Test

Gather real performance data before anyone scales spend.

We launch controlled campaigns with a defined read on cost per customer or cost per lead, purchase or booking value, and whether the unit economics hold. Spend is not raised to see what happens. If the numbers cannot support the next dollar, we say so.

    • Cost per purchase or cost per lead against contribution, not against a generic ROAS target
    • Lead or buyer quality, not just conversion count
    • Creative and audience tests with a stop rule
    • Enough data to decide, without treating early noise as a win
  4. 04

    Optimize and Scale

Put more money only where the economics still hold.

Once we know what works, we cut what does not, improve allocation and creative, and increase volume the business can actually serve. Scale means more profitable customers or qualified leads, including stock, fulfillment, bookings, and sales capacity when those matter. Traffic is never the goal on its own.

    • Kill or rebuild campaigns that do not hold after cost
    • Shift budget toward what produces contribution, not just clicks
    • Refresh creative before fatigue quietly raises costs
    • Raise spend only when the next dollar still makes sense

Already running ads

Start with a diagnostic.

The $97 Paid Ads Audit inspects an existing Meta or Google account. It is useful whether or not you hire us afterward. Hire the pilot or monthly management within 30 days and we credit the $97 toward that fee. If there is nothing live to inspect, skip it and book the assessment instead.

Not running ads yet

Prove the economics first.

A Growth Assessment is a no-cost conversation about the business, current demand, and whether paid acquisition is even the next move. If it is a fit, the $1,250 30-day Growth Pilot is the first month at half rate.
